1. Order Processing Time

Processing Window: Most orders are processed within 2–3 business days.
Vendor Variation: Since products are shipped by individual vendors, processing times can differ. Please check the specific product page for any vendor-specific handling times.
Holidays: Orders are not typically processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Costs are determined based on:

The distance between the vendor’s warehouse and your delivery address.

3. Multi-Vendor Shipments
If you purchase items from multiple vendors in a single transaction, please note:

Separate Packages: Your items may arrive in separate packages at different times.
Multiple Shipping Fees: Shipping fees are calculated per vendor, as items are dispatched from different origins.

4. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched by the vendor, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s).

Tracking numbers typically become active within 24 hours of shipment.
You can also track your order status directly through your Oroaje account dashboard.

5. International Shipping
Oroaje currently supports shipping to various regions, including Nigeria, Canada, and others.

Customs & Duties: Oroaje is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

6. Damages and Issues
Oroaje acts as a platform to facilitate transactions between buyers and vendors.

Damaged Goods: If you receive your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim and notify the vendor immediately.
Verification: Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Oroaje.com. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Because we are a multi-vendor platform, our policy ensures fairness for both buyers and sellers.

1. Return Window
You have Seven [7] days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
2. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, you can contact the vendor directly through your Oroaje Account Dashboard or contact our support team at [Insert Email Address].

If your return is accepted, we (or the vendor) will send you instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

3. Vendor-Specific Policies
While Oroaje sets a baseline standard, individual vendors may have specific rules regarding certain products (e.g., clearance items or customized goods). Please review the "Return Policy" tab on the specific product page before purchasing.

4. Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned:
Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants).
Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items).
Personal care goods (such as beauty products or intimate apparel).
Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
Sale items or gift cards.

5. Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact the vendor immediately so they can evaluate the issue and make it right.
6. Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

7. Refunds
Once the vendor receives and inspects your return, they will notify us to process your refund.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.
Processing Time: Please remember it can take some time (usually 5–10 business days) for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

8. Shipping Costs for Returns
Defective/Wrong Items: If the return is due to a vendor error or a defective product, the vendor will typically cover the return shipping costs.
Change of Mind: If you are returning an item for other reasons, you may be responsible for paying your own shipping costs.
